Vertical Connection Guiding Vertical Connection

For organizations

Teams and school groups, on real rock.

A day that challenges your group physically and mentally, in new and different ways.

The goal is for your group to leave with more capacity than it arrived with. When people take on new challenges together, they see each other's strengths.

Team days

When people take on new challenges together, they see each other's strengths. That is the start of a strengths-aware culture.

Leadership development with SPARC

Take it back to work.

For teams that want to build on the day back at work, Vertical Connection Guiding partners with SPARC and its CliftonStrengths Team Development program.

The development side is facilitation and a debrief with SPARC, for days meant to change something back at work.

The day at a glance

How a group quote works

Team, school and nonprofit days are quoted per day, in writing, once the group, the date and what you want the day to do are clear. The written quote lists what the day includes.

An organization pays 50% when the agreement is signed, and the balance is invoiced 30 days before the day. The signed agreement also sets the cancellation terms.

What you can ask for in writing

Every guide holds current Wilderness First Responder and CPR certification.

The American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) trains guides in three stages: Apprentice, Assistant, then Certified. Noah is an AMGA Apprentice Rock, Alpine and Ski Guide and a certified AMGA Single Pitch Instructor.

Something to forward

If someone else approves the booking, the group day sheet puts all of this on one page to print or send.
